This is an easy and pretty quick pattern done on larger needles. It is basic knitting and purling, easy to memorize and knit while multitasking.

My design inspiration to combine ribs running both horizontally and vertically in the same scarf seemed like a good idea at the time. As this scarf progressed, it started to have the “perfect” female form - voluptuous, yet evenly balanced (like Marilyn Monroe). And how did people back in the day describe her curvy form? Well, “Woowoo!”.
