For Tour de France fans, knit your own little Yellow Jersey. This is sized for little toys to wear or you could make one as a keyring or bag charm. The motif is worked using Fair-Isle (or stranded) colour-work. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the sweater is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 4mm single pointed knitting needles (US 6).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; a few grammes in each colour.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle for seaming and lockable stitch markers.

SIZES
One size only - 6cm wide x 6cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, and seaming to finish.
