I started this project because it looked like a quick knit and a fun little shawl to show off my May 2013 Phat Fiber colorway “Psychedelic Powers” .

Cute pattern. Easy. Can get a little boring with the diamond repeats, but it looks great when complete. Since it is written, it is easy enough for a beginner to start with shawls and any weight yarn and needles will work.

I still like charts better :)

Repeats of diamond pattern (rows 21-30) ------ 6 repeats
Repeats of mesh insert (rows 1-2) ------ 12 repeats

Switched to size 6 needles for edging and bind off.

Total yardage ------ 325
