22/9/09 - Don’t bother with the written instructions. All you need is the chart. You have to follow the chart anyway after row 6 because the written instructions end, so just follow the chart through the whole thing.

23/9/09 - Length: 9 full diamonds up the center or until I run out of yarn, whichever comes first.

28/9/09 - So, one of my needle tips broke. ‘T is hibernating until the replacement comes in.

7/11/09 - Started working on it again! Almost done withe the 8th set of vertical diamonds. One more after that, then washing & blocking!

18/11/09 - Done knitting! (with literally only a yard of yarn left O.o) Just needs to be washed, and it joins the growing pile of things-to-be-blocked.

27/11/09 - Blocked!
