The knitted cast on is not one I use very often. I think I made it too loose so the edge flares a bit.

Cables are very easy to do once you get the round started. I just had to remember to keep the knits together then the purls together.

Love the way the decreases bring the cables together neatly at the top.

Might be a little loosely knit for the winds here in Iowa, could knit a larger size with smaller needles or same needles with a bulky yarn.

Love the fold up cuff!
