Knitting size 6 yrs, but having to do math due to different gauge. I adore this yarn, it is beautiful and will look marvelous on my sweet strawberry blonde, indigo-eyed grandson, Talon (turning 4 in Oct). The pattern is well written, and I am enjoying this project very much. Up to armholes andjust now starting second skein.

Update Nov 22- all done, shipped and modeled. A big hit, Talon loves it! So does my daughter.

Mods:
1- Worked 1x1 rib (k1, p1, k1, p1, k1) at outside edge of pocket, neckline and hood rather than cable (feeling lazy).
2- Worked reg 2x2 rib at bottom edge and sleeve cuffs, rather than cable (again, lazy)
3- Worked some short rows to snug up hood opening (worked to 5 sts before end of row, short row, every 4th row)
4- Made hood less high (long?).
