I knit this sweater using Unspun Icelandic Wool from EZ’s company Schoolhouse Press. It was purchased in Verona,WI at a wonderful yarn/coffee shop. I used the “yarn” single ply, which made for some interesting and delicate knitting. It turned out sweet though, and once wet blocked, the extremely long fibers of the unspun create a halo effect.

I modified the dolls a bit as well. I added pigtails, and omitted the eyes and mouth, because if I were actually cutting out paper dolls, I don’t think I’d add the facial features.
