July 25
Begin by knitting base with 2 strands of DK or 1 strand of Aran, in CC. use 3mm needles.
July 26
Using much smaller bag handles, so only 30 stitches on straight needles, to secure handles.
July 31
Not finishing with clasps and flowers, as the bags will contain WoollyChic French knitting kits for the girls to make flowers.

ETA These two bags formed the basis of my pattern, Petite Patricia. The handle supports are narrower to compliment the smaller handle size.
