I’m making a brain hat for a friend to march for Science on Earth Day, April 22nd.

I’m loosely following this pattern, kind of improvising as I go along.

I’m using knit picks chroma in colours that include grey (grey matter!) and am trying to match left and right hemispheres.

3/2: hat is made and miles and miles of i-cord knit. now starting the long sewing process.

Really not enjoying this but it’s for a good cause and for a friend… so onward I make.
