Once I got the hang of tunisian, it goes really quickly!

Only issue with the pattern so far is the count seems to be off for Chart E. To fix it so the fan is centred, I worked the picots on either side each into 1 space instead of 2. Much better than ripping back to the previous row and adding to Chart D.

Love this pattern and really love this yarn!

Aug 26: Starting the final row of fans (F). Going to omit the cnupps. To fiddly and looking at the finished shawls, they don’t show up very well. Will do the final 2 rows in the contrasting blue and that should be enough fancy detail. (decided to continue the Travertine and not finish in the blue. I like this better!)

Not sure why there is only one sc between fans when there was always 2 before. Taking someone else’s suggestion to do a sc decrease over the 2 stitches to make one. Hopefully the count comes out okay for the picot edge.

Aug 30: finished with a row of single crochet and picot edge. I absolutely LOVE this shawl. Will do a soft block tomorrow and get some better pictures.

With a light blocking, finished size is 82” by 25”. It’s a wrap!
