Notes

This is Tiong Bahru #3! Why a third one? I needed a showstopper of a shawl that could be knit on a deadline with a minimum of stress, so this pattern was the obvious choice. You just can’t beat its combination of bold architecture and elegant lace.

I’ll add notes about bead placement, but if you’re really curious in the meantime, take a look at my other two Tiongs and my two Serangoons. I’ve put lots of info on those project pages :)

Didn’t love the yarn. I was drawn to its saturated colors and wonderful sheen, but as a single it was splitty and a pain to bead. On the plus side, it was evenly spun, which is often not the case with singles. The color, a semisolid red/pink/coral, is absolutely fabulous.
