This short (muffler) version of the Loop-D-Loop scarf was worked using one complete skein of boucle yarn, and a little less then half of a skein of sports weight. The texture of these two particular yarns held together makes an absolutely delightful fabric (thick, cuddly and warm) that has to be felt to be believed!

About these yarns: the boucle is a 75/25 mohair wool, and the sports weight is a 60/40 mohair wool blend, both are available at Belles Bouclettes.

Belles Bouclettes is a small farm in eastern Ontario Canada, and the mohair comes from their happy herd of angora goats. The yarns are spun in Canadian mills, and this boucle was hand died back at the farm. Their lines of dyed and undyed mohair and llama yarns are fantastic!
