This a very detailed well written pattern. Everything is explained in detail! Great design!
Although I gave the Caron One pound yarn a 3 rating, this was the perfect yarn for this project as stiffer yarn works better for rugs. It’s a little too stiff and not soft enough for other projects.
2/7/16 Finished head and trunk section
2/8/16 Finished 2 large circles for ears
2/9/16 Finished 2 small circles for ears
3/7/16 took a long break to work on other projects. Resuming today. Whip stitched large and small circles together for ears and ready to start shell edging.
3/28/16 I had put on hold again to finish a baby blanket idea I had, but need to finish this week in time for granddaughter’s birthday.
4/2 Fished work around ears. Just need to block, sew together and add eyes and bow.
4/29 Finally got around to blocking the ears. Goal is to finish by May 4. (a month late for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday) 5/1 Finished!!!
