Deutsch im Stricktagebuch vom 10. Nov. 2013.
The waistband instructions are much too complicated.
I already worked another solution here, but improved this method again.

• provisional cast-on on circular needle, half of the stitches
• working in stockinette 6cm
• folding knitting in half
• knit 1stitch from front-needle, purl 1stitch from back needle => waistband finished, ready for elastic band to put in (pictures to follow)
• also ready for closing round and start with skirt
• My increases are like this:

Part 1: v-v-v-v-v- (directly after tube ) - 8cm
Part 2: vv-vv-vv-vv- : 10cm
Part 3: vv--vv--vv--vv-- : 13cm
Part 4: vvv--vvv--vvv--vvv-- : 13cm
Part 5: vvv---vvv---vvv---vvv---: 13cm
Part 6: vvvv---vvvv---vvvv---vvvv--- : 12cm
I also changed needles from 2,5mm at first to 3,0mm at last three sections.

Skirt was knitted until yarn was finished. Ended up with 746 sts per round for the last 12cm
