This is the grand finale of a birthday blanket for my baby cousin. I made 14 of each block (2 rows each). You can see the blocks here, here, and here. I sewed the blocks together to form rows, and joined the rows with two different stitch patterns based on patterns from the Robyn Chachula Crochet Stitches VISUAL Encyclopedia.

I’m almost out of yarn, and don’t want to get any more since this is really supposed to be a stash project. So I’m just going to do a simple single crochet border.

Updated 5/25: My cousin sent a picture of the blanket, which happens to match the paint job in Brooklyn’s nursery. Who knew? (This is the fourth picture.)
