I’m an angel for a swap that is way past due. I thought this colorway, exclusive to a local shop, would work well with the pattern (not yet linked) that my swap partner likes.

Updated 11/13/13: Ok, the swap has arrived safely so I can share the details. For some reason, I can’t stop thinking of the song Sweet Hitch Hiker by Creedence Clearwater Revival. I get no Douglas Adams impressions at all. My partner loves blue and Malabrigo, so the exclusive yarn from The Yarn Co definitely fit the bill. The progress picture shows the colors more accurately - the final picture was taken in a hotel room where I was staying for a conference. The shawlette was finished on my journeys and mailed immediately upon my return.
