How I made a cowl: Forgive some gaps in the description as I don’t want to give the pattern away. If you have the pattern, all should be clear.

Provisional cast on circular needles with four repeats of pattern without border stitches. Knit 4 rows with MC then Purled one row with CC then (knit 5 rows of stockinette. Started with one repeat of Chart A, then one repeat of chart B then, one repeat of chart C.) Remember to knit the uncharted wrong side rows 5 rows of stockinette then switched to MC and purled one row. Then (knit 5 rows of stockinette. Started with one repeat of Chart A, then one repeat of chart B then, one repeat of chart C.) After sewing in loose ends Kitchnered the two sides together.
