I finished the edge by picking up (2 stitches for every 3 rows) and working 3rows in garter then casting off.
I stitched the points of the lace for the cuffs down to keep them neat.
I couldn’t find any white ribbon in my stash so I crocheted a chain and slip stitched back along it, making 2 lengths for the ties. This worked really well and was quicker than making i-cord.

This pattern was a little frustrating due to some confusing section, but the design is cute.

Using Katia Merino Baby (6ply) for the MC and 4ply regia for the lace.
4ply version of pattern says 28sts/4”
The Baby Merino knits to to 26sts/4”
Thus I plan to knit the 12m size, but it will come out bigger, aprox 18m.

3.75mm for the lace
3mm for the small needle for the hems
3.25mm for the large main needle
