Notes

Love my first Terra and have worn it so much that I decided to knit a second one to deal with attachment/fear of losing it issues…Only thing I did differently this time round was using stitch markers to indicate the lace repeats (bloody YO’ers are so easy to forget) . Click here for practical tips from my first Terra. Oh…See picture 5 on this page for a view of what Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-Off looks like once done (my go-to for pretty much all projects now and a savour if you are a tight knitter like me).

As for the Quince ‘Lark’ yarn: It’s a very ‘plain Jane’ yarn in the best possible way, has superb stitch definition, is a joy to knit with and features an amazing choice of colours (faves are Honey, Carrie’s Yellow and Storm). Love it. It grows in length and thins in thickness (quite a bit) after wet-blocking - just something to be aware of (and vital to bear in mind if using for garments;)).

Good news for those of us based in the UK/Europe - Loop in London will be stocking the entire Quince and Co. collection from April onwards - oh la la! Gotta love Suan and her fab ladies.
