Notes

Totally and amazingly fun shawl to knit!

I think this has been one of the top 5 gorgeous and extremely enjoyable lace shawls to knit. (I already started on my next one!)

I used this 56% dracon (acrylic), 19% mohair, 19% polyamid and 6% angelica blend yarn because of its soft, angel blue color and lovely, rainbow-ish sparkle.

I can’t tell you how obsessed I was while knitting it. After you get through the very easy 18 rows of lace, it’s all short rows for the rest of the shawl and a nice, soft bind off.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was casting on so many stitches at the beginning. But, it was ALL WORTH IT!

The only thing I didn’t like about the yarn I chose was it was mostly an acrylic blend and didn’t block out as nicely as I’d hoped - barely at all, in fact. I’d definitely use a silk, cotton or alpaca blend next time.

WONDERFUL KNIT with LACE!!
