It had to be done. Nice, fast-going knit. First time I’ve worked a shawl from the bottom up.

Doing beading is actually not quite as horrible as I remember.

This is taking a lot less yarn than I thought it would, even without the nupps.

I’ve had to fudge the numbers a bit with the stockinette part, as it didn’t seem to be lining up evenly.

Argh! I see there are now corrections to the pattern, which probably explains why I had trouble lining up the stockinette. I’ve done too much to pick it back now though. I shall have to make a second Annis with the corrections on it. I’ll finish this one as it is for now.

That’ll teach me for starting a newly published pattern quite so fast!.
