LOVE this hat. SO CUTE.

One intended modification: I worked the ribbing in twisted rib (k1tbl, p1 on the right side; k1, p1tbl on the wrong side). I just love the tidy braided effect.

One unintended modification: I was unsure if I’d have enough yarn so I was making the ear-flaps two at a time, and didn’t realise until I’d done an inch or so of both straps that there was only meant to be one! So I just made the pair add up to the same length the single strap was meant to. (And I had plenty of yarn left over, after all.)

Still need a button, will get one at work in a few days.

Blocked over a balloon blown up to Willow’s head size, as is my usual method :)
