5/1/11 - Finished

4/26/11 - Nearly done. Just knitting for length now, and about 10 rows to go. On 4/17 I was close to finishing, but I would have had to knit all night, and probably all day the next day in order to finish. Just not possible. Then this week was Easter and travel and no down time. Stay tuned for a photo of the finished piece!

4/6/11 - Picking this up again. I’m not sure when I put it down, but it’s frustrating that I abandon projects so!
5/29/10 - one sleeve done. Moving on to the second sleeve, but realized that I must have done one more round of k1 row and inc row than the pattern calls for since my count for the sleeve, and everything else, is 2 stitches more. Oh well. I think it’ll be fine. I made the sleeves a LOT longer since that tiny cap sleeve has never worked on me. I think I must have long arms - shirt sleeves are always too short for me, whether they’re full length or regular tees. For the sleeves I knit Round 1 as written, then knit 8 rows of stockinette, finishing the 8th row with that offset k2t. Then I did Round 2 with 20 repeats instead of 19 (since my count was a little higher) and bound off. Now to do sleeve #2…

5/4/10 - As of last night I’ve started the eyelets and I’m approaching the end of the 1st ball of yarn. I love this pattern! I can’t wait until I am done with the eyelets and can try it on.

4/17/10 - Swatched with size 11 and got 13 stitches in 4 inches. Not sure about the sizing, but I’ve heard cotton stretches, so we’ll see how it goes.
