I’ve been looking for ways to make inexpensive acrylic yarns look good for charity blankets. This was a good one to use up some stashed leftovers.

Dimensions are 13 X 11 hexagons, which total to 137 whole and 12 halves. I have 6 center colors, and using MadamKatriens suggestion, I charted my pattern using Microsoft Visio.

From what I interpreted in the pattern, the final gray round calls for a foundation chain row and then another row worked in those chains. I omitted the chain row and worked directly in the spaces of the previous row, which I think gives this a tighter weave.
