6/4/13 Made some modifications because the skeins I have are smaller than what the pattern calls for. The structure is still the same but the repeats are smaller in the middle.

Cast on 210 stitches.

Garter stitch for 5 rows, ending with knit row. Begin eyelet pattern as follows:

Row 1: yo, k2tog - repeat til end of row
Row 2: Knit all stitches
Row 3: k2tog, yo - repeat til end of row
Row 4: Knit all stitches

Repeat rows 1-4 again.

Knit four rows, purl one row, knit two rows.

Complete eyelet rows 1-4 once, then rows 1-2.

Knit two rows, purl one row, knit four rows.

Complete eyelet pattern twice, ending on row 4.

Garter stitch for three rows, ending on a purl row. Cast off for final “knit” row using preferred bind off method.
