I started this as a stash busting project. I had amassed a large amount of Red Heart and Hobby Lobby “I Love This Yarn”, and it was taking up too much space in my closet. I started with no real color pattern in mind. I was going for the hodge-podge effect. Before I realized it, a pattern started to form. I guess it was a happy accident, because my son loves it and has claimed it for his bed once it is completed.
