  • I originally casted on for another hat and ripped back to its ribbing. This pattern doesn’t have ribbing, but I kept it anyway.
  • I used #8 needles for the whole thing
  • because of the ribbing,I omitted the last two repeats of the mock cable pattern since I wanted a close fitting beanie cap
  • LOVE the soft squishiness of the Madeline Tosh yarn
