This is the sweater I knit for my daughter for Christmas 2016. She brought me this wool back from Iceland and gave it to me for Christmas 2 years ago and I’ve been waiting for the perfect project.

So pleased with how it turned out. Made some modifications to the neck line with help from Winterlover. Fiona likes long sleeves and bodies and wider necks so this worked out nicely.

She loves the sweater but not the pictures we took today. The name I gave this sweater is from a very funny discussion that evolved from the picture taking. When thinking about a name Fiona suggested the double chin, fat thigh sweater because “Sharon was snapping away like she was taking pictures of a bird in the wild not a human”.

Personally I think the are wonderful pictures and she looks great.
