Frogged the sweater in the photo, and it has been re-incarnated into a Carli.

After finishing it, I decided it needed a dual-separating zipper. So, using a technique from the Big Book of Knitting, I did a dual-facing, which is perfect for what I was looking for.

After washing and wearing it for a few year, the edge stitches were a bit… sticky and felty. Only a slight issue if you’re adding facings five or seven years after the fact.

This is how:
- Using a size 10 needle, picked up 147 sts for facing, knit 1 row on size 4, then bound off. Then, picking up the bumps on the opposite side (using the 4), purl 1 row, bind off. Sandwich zipper in the middle. (<- this part is coming.)
