ps I actually got most of this knitted on my hols on the Isle of Skye - perfect holiday knitting when my legs wouldn’t do what I wanted them to…

Also: forgot to mention anything about the pattern… chevron shaping is on every row (RS/WS), and quite an unusual (to me) method of increasing at each side. A very simple pattern, easily memorised, and very compulsive. The knitted fabric is dense and incredibly warm! Superb spinning and dyeing from Mia (Vickevira) and, I think, really well worth buying a kit for the quality and originality.
