not a huge fan of the garter stitch…so I decided to change up the beginning of the mitts.

they need a bit o’ blocking.

CO 32 stitches on DPNs
20 rounds of 2x2 ribbed pattern
& followed pattern from there on out, including thumb instructions.
used jenny’s surprisingly stretchy bind off.
