My designs for these cushions are based on the 1940’s colours and patterns that’s because the last Olympics in the united kingdom were held in 1948.

I am trying to quickly master purling backwards uk style( ie yarn in left hand)
I dont want to work in the round and purling colour work isn’t so easy.

I am so behind with the project! Life just took over but now I have to get my finger out and get on with the knitting.
I am going to Unravel in 2 weeks, and after that will only have one more opportunity for stuffing in Dorking early march! Yikes
