Notes

The Seagreen yarn (middle stripe) is entirely responsible for this project. It jumped off the shelf, commanded my attention entirely and demanded I transform it. Rather scratchy for next-to-skin-wear, at least by my very sensitive standards, so a felted project was in order. It begged to take a few friends with it, hence the stripes. The pattern was a free, store pattern which sealed the deal. Much modification was made to the pattern; stitches of my yarn are much, much smaller, knitted handles omitted in lieu of wooden ones, and stripes added. I added a foam core bottom, sewn into the yellow plaid fabric to add some much-needed shaping and stability. A matching zipper pouch was made of the same plaid to house all my knitting tools.

It’s the perfect project bag to encourage even more knitting…
