the first one got lost in the mail… of course… so here i go with another.

12/10/08: the body of the hat is finished. i rushed this one a bit so it doesn’t look as good (top doesnt lie as flat, beard is shorter because I ran out of yarn) but hopefully i can get the mustaches knit and finishings done tomorrow. i must have frogged the beard 10 times-- pretty sad considering its my own pattern. but sizing it down proved harder than i expected

12/12/08: mustaches done. now to weave ends and sew on snaps and it’s DONE!

12/22/08: holy god what a busy week. i posted a photo of the one (yes one) completed mustache-- the other two are still sans snaps. its funny seeing a hat that was made for a, erm, large boy on a very feminine styrofoam model. this will (must) be done by the end of the week.

12/24/08: probably the worst week of my life. but its done. can’t give it a good rating because i’m too angry right now to think positively but its done… thank bob!
