Using a larger needle because I got row gauge with my big comfy sweater using this needle and yarn, so compensating for not getting stitch gauge by making the 32” bust size instead of the 36”. I’m also using a cabled cast-on instead of the prescribed crochet cast-on because I AM A REBEL

After perusing the FO pictures, I prefer the look of a longer ribbing section, so I’m doing 18 rows of ribbing before starting the eyelet pattern, and then doing the short version of the vest.

Dammit, it’s too big.
