Tea cosies are not just for keeping teapots warm!

I fell in love with Loani’s Rosie Posey Tea Cosy in The Knitter magazine, issue 2.

Rosie fits perfect on a 4 cup tea pot

I was ready to knit the roses. For fun I tried the cosy base with fresh flowers. I love it this way and it makes an adorable tea party centerpiece!

I am going to modify the cosy and make a floral-foam lid that I can switch out with fresh flowers!
