mods used:
1 I closed the holes between triangles by picking up the wraps (at the end of ea triangle)
2 On the band instead of just 4 rows of garter I added several short rows in 10 stitch overlaps to make the curve shallower, but only to within 30 sts of the ends
3 I added a slit so I can pull one end through and pin it. This makes it easier to wear offset
