Just need to sew on the buttons (and take some decent pics).

I have been saving this yarn for too long, and it was finally about time I used it. The color is just perfect.

About the design, well I am really into modern shapes, and I have been spending perhaps too much time on Pinterest! LOL

All these shapes, textures and colors led me to this new design. It is going to have a boxy shape, but buttons and details, and probably some patterning in the front…. We’ll see!

I am still deliberating how I will approach it.
Bottom up? Top-down?
Seamless? Seamed and seamless?

Swatch is done. I learned to make an awesome tubular cast on with Ysolda’s tutorial. Fantastic stuff!
Looking good. Now to choose a stitch patt for the front and make some calculations :)
