Notes

5/19/09 - I started this scarf because I needed a simple project; right now, everything I’m doing is difficult. Lace shawls, cable socks, nupps - OY! I’m in love with this pattern because of its simplicity, and the yarn is perfect for it. I knew when I saw this pattern that I wanted to use this yarn for it, and I’m so glad that the pairing is working out.
5/30/09 - Done and done! Mom and I went to Holden Arboretum today and while we were taking the tram tour of the park (which was flipping beautiful!) I cast off, wove in the ends, wrapped the scarf jauntily around my neck, and am still wearing it. It is my new favourite and absolutely perfect for this still slightly chill spring weather. Plus, I just look so dapper - very French, I think.
