I love this block! What a fun take on the granny.

This is one in a series of blocks using stash yarns for charity. This is also part of my Year of Projects, since I used one of the techniques from the book Crochet Master Class (bullion stitch) to make this block. I finished my skein of Bikini with this, which I consider a major accomplishment.

I used Bikini for round 1, Pale Yellow for round 2, the light blue (Azure??) for round 3, and Cape Cod Blue for round 4 (which is round 7 in the pattern).

This square used about 42 yards of yarn.
