Notes

I really love this sweater - already worn several times - and I still need a photo. It fits beautifully - the armholes are just right so my bra doesn’t show and both necklines are flattering in the front or the back (my favorite way to wear it is with the V in the back though). Photos soon!

p.s. I had plenty of yarn … not a lot leftover, but enough that I was never worried about running out.

5-29-19 - finished! I converted the shoulder bind offs to short rows and joined the shoulders with a 3-needle bindoff. Worked the rest of the finishing as written - LOVE that edge finish for the armholes and neck.

5-13-19 - my row gauge is just a smidge big, so I’m going to knit 2 fewer rows for the body (working an add’l 3 rows instead of 5 before the underarm bind-offs) and another 2 fewer before the shoulder shaping.

I bought this yarn in June 2018, intending to knit the Terrace Wrap … have since decided a gray silk tank would be a much more useful addition to my wardrobe … and I’ve had my eye on this pattern since Julie released it. Stockinette I can knit on straight needles (size 7!) is a big plus, too!

Also, I am not slipping the stitches on the edges … I much prefer to seam and pickup stitches without a slipped stitch edge.
