This time I wanted to design something that will have a twill pattern and lots of texture in it. So I picked up this bulky yarn to really show off the texture of this stitch. I decided to open up one side of the shoulder and close the front and the back with buttons which gives the vest real style.
The vest is worked from the bottom up to armholes. Front and back upper body are worked separately.
Smaller size needle is for the bottom edge and collar. Larger size needle is for the main body part.
