Fell in love at 1st sight with Suffragette. After having worked the 1st welt, I realised there might be a typo so I contacted Ogla who kindly confirmed that there was a small error. 2nd needle should be placed in front of main needle for the joining row of 1st welt, and not behind as written.
Then, no more problems; the hat is cleverly constructing and we never get bored knitting it.

But, I fear mine is going to be a bit to big and too deep, so I’ll suppress a few straight rows toward the end and see what it’s like after blocking. PurPle Chinée tends to slighlty shrink after the 1st wash. Possibly, I should have worked it in 3.5 mm (but gauge was fine so…)

Je suis tombée amoureuse de Suffragette au 1er regard! Après avoir tricoté le 1er bourdon, je me suis rendu compte qu’il devait y avoir une erreur. J’ai conctacté Olga qui a de suite répondu qu’il y avait une petite coquille en effet. La 2ème aig. doit être placée devant l’aig principale pour le 1er bourdon et non derrière, comme indiqué.
Ensuite, plus de souci; le bonnet est construit de manière astucieuse et on ne s’ennuie jamais à le tricoter.

Mais, je crains que le mien ne soit un peu trop grand au final et trop profond, donc je vais supprimer quelques tours sans dim. sur la fin et je verrai ce que ça donne après le blocage. La PurPle Chinée a tendance à se resserrer un peu au 1er lavage. Peut-être aurais-je dû le faire en 3.5 mm (mais l’échantillon était bon).
