Notes

Using Toho 8/0 beads in Metallic Teal Green Iris.
For Lucas’s nana.

12/13: The bead section took me forever, especially since my favorite tiny crochet hook broke and I couldn’t find the perfect replacement. The floss with the plastic tip worked in a pinch, but I didn’t have my same rhythm going. But now I am done with the beads and I think this thing should fly off the needles. Right?

12/15: Top part went super fast. I debated doing the eyelet row on the bind-off like on some of Susanna IC’s other shawls, but went with the one in the pattern. I did her bind-off (P2togs) super loose, but it is still very tight. This holds the shawl in good shape and avoids the curling, but it does feel constricting. I wonder if that would be annoying to wear. Feeling not sure about it right now. I also blocked it in more of a circular shape than a crescent shape.
