A knit thistle--with a soft downy fun fur brim.
A challenging hat--with almost every row (but for the small stem and fun fur brim) being a unique set of directions.

It can be knit with DK weight yarn and small (US 6/4mm) needles, for a small/childrens hat, or with worsted weight yarn and larger (US size 7/4.5mm) needles for a larger (Medium/ adult) size.
