I have wanted to do a closer to neck version, and all that I did was just not block it as much. Simply soak it and let it dry as is.. I have a long neck, so it gets cold easily.
But it’s easy to customize anyway if you want it larger or even smaller, just make sure to get enough yarn (for larger version)!
