Notes

These socks are based upon river so I had some fun naming them :) I am making these socks for a unique person - she is living in Germany therefor I had to find a german river - Rhinen - and Nummedalslaagen is a Norwegian river my husband fish for salmon each year.

Will not post pictures with the correct color or name the yarn until the socks have been shipped to its new owner. So I am posting black and white pictures :):)

Somehow I always sing this song while thinking or knitting the socks. A happy song :)

Casted on 18 stitches on each needle - I use 5 needles so 72 in total.

Did the increase a knit front back in the stitch.
Right sock I knitted the river on needle 1 (out of 4)
Left sock I knitted the river on needle 2 (out of 4)

Remember that it is 2 different charts once you start on the next sock. Hmm I was so used to the pattern for the right sock and kept on going

I had to ship one sock to my friend so that she could try out the size. They turned out small so I have to pick up the kitchener sttich and the decreases on tha sock and knit some more :)

98 grams of yarn used

Note to self: never trust Google 100% :P But I did learn that Rhinen is going through Germany as well as other contries :)
