blocked, cast off too tight. then discovered more yarn in my box! ripped out the cast off and then reknitted it. much better now! - blocking again

Casting off! Ran out of yarn 5 rows short of the end of the pattern - but I think it will still look ok

Just read I need to have even number of leaves along the centre spine - was planning to stop after 9 but better make it 10 - hope i have enough yarn :s

Going along steadily now. Have stopped using markers as they seem to get in the way
Still finding mistakes quite often, I think this is because the handspun makes the pattern hard to see so I’m knitting blind to the centre stitch and hoping it all works each row

Sure I’ve made some mistakes :/ Hoping it will be ok as the yarn is very thick/thin anyway so it might not show too much

28 rows in, going along ok apart from a few little hitches where I got to the centre stitch later than I should have. The pattern seems nicely done - perhaps a little less beginnery than the 198 yds. of Heaven pattern I just finished but that’s ok. Working from the written instructions rather than the chart but might see if I can switch over later
