This is my third Drop Stitch Cowl. I have followed the mods as noted for my Lipstick Cowl but bound off before the final repeat for fear of running out of yarn.

This time I didn’t have the yarn quality issues I had with my s m o k e c o w l, so that cheered me up a bit. I did have a bit more thick/thin variations with this skein than the others. In a number of places the yarn has a twist and is very thin (think worsted). For this project, this variation is not having an adverse impact. That said, I have soured on Puffin full tilt, and am glad to rid it from my stash forever.

I have a gorgeous blue coat I like to pair with yellow (pictured here), so I expect to wear this cowl quite a bit come fall.
