Cast on 24 with needles.
Round 1: knit
Round 2: k1,p1
Repeat these two rounds 9 times.
Knit 1 round.
Decrease round: k2, k2tog
Knit 1 round.
Decrease round: k2tog all the way around.
Break yarn, thread through stitches, pull tight and weave in.
Join yarn at bottom and sc 16 around bottom (sc into 2 cast on stitches, then skip one). Slip stitch to join.
Chain 15, turn, skip one and sc 14 back to base, slip stitch into base stitch. Sc2. Repeat to.
